Well I guess they tolds us the fourth quarter was going to be a bit of a disappointment. The first quarter may be really bad if they transfer assets to NewCo at a loss which I think is the case. Not addressed by those "astute" analysts. Maybe I am wrong on this. Quarter two will be a pleasure.
