If Oilex went with the original deal they would have been out of the picture. Funscape didn't need Oilex it needed the 20% stake Oilex had in the swabbing units. It seems to me that is where both co.'s stand to make the most money; i.e. selling the swabbing units to everyone else and use them on their own wells. I thought Oilex was selling itself short with that 5.1-1 ratio, and I would venture to say that mgt. or whoever is making the decisions felt the same way. If nothing else the new deal makes Oilex look all the better and further solidifies their own position; i.e. the ability to get the oil out of the well without someone else telling them how to do it. If everything is kosher with this co. (Oilex) then it would stand to reason if they spent all this time building and acquiring so much, not to let it go so cheaply. I believe the catalyst behind everything is the oil swabbing units and who controls them, and if funscape got there way they could have 100% of the swabbing units and cut OIlex out of the picture by selling of parts if not the whole co. I am not frustrated, but glad to see some action and also to see that Oilex didn't sell itself off yet after building so much especially to a co. called Funscape or Titan Energy, I say good luck to the funny boys trying to manage property in 2 continents... Just my thoughts hope you don't mind....
