Even so, she did mention all three in the list of dedications. The biggest thank you goes to Clare Wolfowitz (who "shaped" the book). Very grateful to Clare and Paul. A nice thank you to Scooter Libby ("timely and generous assistance"). John Bolton is barely mentioned in a list. Lots of other people, too.
