If you back out the one-time gains and interest earnings, and adjust for the 11 million shares now outstanding (not even counting the 3 million warrants), I get earnings of about $0.32/share for the quarter, compared to $0.30 a year ago. Sales for the quarter were flat with the year ago period. Mr. Koo warned sales and profits may decline in 1998. And that there will be no acquisitions for at least 6 months. Only positive I see in the report is that they still have 750,000 shares to buyback, and extended the period 3 months. Dennis
