2. The short term profit due to Y2K (income) is difficult if not impossible to project.

3. No one can tell what the company will transform into post 2000 at this time.

Absolutely agree with these two points.

I also believe one the transformations TAVA undergoes will an expansion of their in-house staff through acquisition. Again, it's not that their isn't a hell of a lot of business for IIT companies to engage in, their are just too many firms doing it.

TAVA will likely solve that problem through acquisition.
