Was it 20& of IMPN, or 20% of an IMPN subsidiary, & if a subsidiary, then what amount of control of IMPN does this add to the purchased 40%. Conjecture 101 - is a possible (partial) explaination for the recent events that the failed IMPN/OLEX fusion was an idea supported by Rife, and when it fell thru, the new deel was put together out of his persistance for this plan? just a wild guess. Any other thoughts? Scott
