Many of the top rightwing leaders are closeted gays, and they often make political hay by villainizing gays. Ironic. The ti0ps of the iceberg we've seen with Congressman Foley, Senator Craig and Reverend Haggard are not exceptions to the rule, they ARE the rule in many cases.

In fact it's time we called the GOP what it's become The Gay Ole Party.
