Should there be a public call for Senator Dodd to be examined for turmors or gangrene in his brain.

By doddian dementia, It seems when it comes to the military, a charge of abuse is true. It is still asumed to be true even after investigations have shown no abuse.

Is there any standard of proof the will clear the men and woman serving in the military of the charges they engaged in evil criminal conduct dealing with the sworn enemies of the US.
