Hi Mark,

I saw where a lot of problems were with the virus definition update. I had no problem with getting it. It is a virus program update and I'm not sure there is one. I will check on my other computer later and see.

I also shut down all programs that automatically launch before installing (I rarely do that but was trying to be careful). Still looks like folks are having problems today with getting live update and virus definitions to work right.
