I can't indulge in an extended debate of the potential impact. Issues of potential profits or loss thereof are inherently speculative. If I had a strong enough confidence in my opinion and that opinion differed substantially enough from the consensus, I would have a market position in QCOM. But for me QCOM is of greater than average difficulty to research or trade effectively. Thanks for helping me to clarify the issues though.
