In short -- no. ICIX, like those in its industry who have come before it, MFS Communication, BFPT, and TCGI, will undoubtedly be bought out for a multiple of plant & equipment -- our estimate is 7.5 to 8 times plant & equipment.

It is the cash flow that drives these monsters, not the intrinsic book value measure which is grossly inaccurate. What do you think a company of this nature is worth when it starts to spin off $15 to $20 per share a year a few years out?

We have been buyers of this stock since 1995. We are still buyers and will remain so until it is taken over or it hits $125 a share.
