Wayne, Thanks for all your hard work. Here is more info that might be of interest.

As I recall, when CVIA was trying to raise funding last April-May, the old management issued debentures to the sources of that funding. I suspect the big increase in volume from June to September was from those debentures being converted.

Rumor has it that all of those debentures have now been converted and it would correlate with the increase in volume and downward price pressure.

However, IF those debentures HAVE been converted, a lot of the selling pressure would now be off and we could be looking at a much more positive picture.

I don't think they are using much money now. They don't have much expense that I can see and I heard that Jack Arnold is NOT even drawing any salary right at this point.

I have visited with Jack many times over the past couple of years and I think he has a VERY genuine concern to see CVIA succeed. I think he will do whatever it takes.

In my opinion, CVIA is has a pretty clean slate to work with right now because I don't think they have any long term debt to speak of.
