Amendments to Small Pox anti-viral solicitation by government,and an analysis of it by Baton from SI who knows a lot about SIGA's ST-246 drug for the virus. fbo.gov "The revised RFP seems to open up the likelihood of a quick share price bump and a contract very shortly.
