Hi John, a reasoning that leads to death is a destructive reasoning. It is no secret that the flesh dies, very obvious in fact, check the graveyards. With your logic, when you die, and you will, there is no hope. Are you happy with the concept of eternal separation from all that is good. That's where reasoning will lead you.
