Hillary.... I see no reason why we *couldn't* achieve the "suite of drugs" sophistication within 10 years, reducing combined tox while providing effective relief for diseases such as rheum arth. However, I don't think that pharma houses and reimbursement policies can evolve as quickly as bench science, so...... I wouldn't hold my breath.

The AIDS-targeted cocktails are pushing thought in your general direction, however. :-)

Other science-loaded companies available for under $200 million market cap??....... Microcide and Sibia seem to be bargains, to me, relative to market caps. It's hard to find a better bargain than ARIA, however, if you're keeping track of $ market cap/brain activity.
