I would immediately jump to ADSL if I could get it for $100/month. I would probably pay up to $200 if necessary. Internet access is very expensive anyway in germany. On top of the ISP fees we have to pay $1 to $3 per hour (depending on time of day) for a local call. Deutsche Telekom decided that they had to exploit their monopoly as long as they had it and doubled their prices for local calls last year.
