Just talked with Mike McGinnis who is up with Besim Halef up in Nova Scotia. They were both very upbeat and quite happy with the new recommendation and thought that and the reports of the new auditors would be very helpful in attracting institutional interest. We talked for about a half hour. I'll say more later, but the main points. 1. Comfortable with targets - even got the feeling that 1998 goals were quite conservative but they didn't feel the need to set higher goals 2. SRS moving manufacturing of remediation equipment up to MM Industra (they are currently outsourced) which will increase margins 3. Sounded like they were happy with various aspects of DBCO although it required considerable more due diligence. He did mention that if it was acquired that he would expect them to be accretive throughout 1998 - and said revenues in the range of $1 bill were possible. Mentioned that some of the fabrication facilities in South America would be quite useful too.
