Richard: The off presidential election year pattern is a valid one and the message I am getting is that this is the latest one will have to wait in Bob's mind for his long term model to turn bullish. I am speaking for myself here.
His model could turn bullish before hand and we could still get a decline into the into the fall of 2002 -- not so much a new low, perhaps, but a trading range of sorts from now until then.
