Scott, I had thought of that also. But that is a two way street. If
the seller ever tried to sell the stock he would could get much less
than the 1.75 Bid of today because he would drive the price down from dumping a large amount of shares on the Market. I would guess
that the deal was cut when IMPN was trading closer to the $3.50
mark. To me the deal stinks. I'm glad I got out of OLEX a
couple of months back. Olex buys IMPN shares when the stock is
at it's peak, and has lost about half of it's investment in two
weeks. OLEX is still diluting it's shares, and will still need
to do some kind of reverse split to get on Nasdaq...
