I think I could support that platform. Of course it doesn't cover every area, people could support that platform and have very different ideas about many issues, but than its supposed to be a “conservative Democrat” platform so I would imagine it might only include areas where it might be possible to find agreements between moderate Democrats and relatively nonpartisan conservatives. Some questions or issues - an end to illegal immigration I don't think that's possible. I also don't think that the steps that it would take to cut such immigration by say 99% would be desirable. But I might support steps to get more control over the border that are less extreme. More attention to the Midwest and less to Hollywood and the upper-West Side I'm not really sure what this means. More media attention? that really isn't for politicians to decide. More of some other form of attention? Tim
