B4N, Don't know if you know me by this name, I used to be Tom D. (not Dorsey). Anyway how's it going? Whereas I agree with you that the cultures will be difficult to meld. Both NT and LU are doing things to remedy the stock option policy discrepancy between the acquired companies and the parent. These policies may not be implemented yet, but they will be soon. But, of course, I agree that CSCO made the right decision. JXM
