Joe, re: ratio of AMD's capital expenditures vs. revenue,

So the less AMD earns, the higher your artificial ratio will be, and the better positioned AMD will be on the next uptick, right?

I like to think of it this way: If AMD wants 30% market share, but AMD's share of capital spending will only be 16.7% of the total (between Intel and AMD only), then AMD will really have to bet on wishful thinking to achieve their long-standing goal.
