I was nicked for $25.00 by Waterhouse when INTC bought CHPS in a cash deal. It didn't seem like an excessive amount to me. I believe that was the same kind of a deal as this one, but it seemed like it took forever to close (anti-trust concerns). I learned my lesson there and sold out FORE on the day of the offer.
