CXOT has implemented it's technology. To transfer the stock of a company at the point where is's moving from development to production is nothing short of theft! I believe the directors are not acting in the interest of ALL shareholders and am writing to the SEC today asking them to investigate the terms of this deal. I have said many times in the past I believe the relationship of Mr Blum and his Son in Law to this company is distinctly unhealthy and not in the interests of a publicly traded stock. Now is the time to act on that. This cannot be allowed to continue!!!
