Arnold, There are many sites to follow options on the net. I prefer going through www.dailystocks.com This site gives you many resources to evaluate a company. Although the options are not real time quotes, they usually suffice! In terms of trading options, I have not yet caught on to trading over the net. I am still considered archaic, using a full service broker- prudential securities. Although I realize I am paying more in commissions, the relation I have established with my broker(nearly 15 years) has more than made up for the commision rate I pay. I have heard some horror stories with people using etrade in which purchases they thought they had made in fact never went through.
