Thank you for all your kind words. And yes, I have always felt God had more plans for me since my original bout with Cancer in 2001. Coming out of surgery completely free of Cancer without having to have chemo or radiation had to be his decision and a miracle for me. He has watched over me for so many years when unexpected bad things happened that could have taken my life and I survived. I realized way back then there had to be a purpose for me and I have tried to live a good christian life serving my family and those who needed my friendship or help in any way as a service and gratitude to him. He is with me each and every day and I enjoy his presence in my life. He has answered all my prayers and helped me make the right decisions many times with my life. Yes, I have always paid close attention to my body and that has served me well with any medical problems I have ever had. As far as being Wonder Woman I came to realize back then that this little person could only handle so much and if my plate got full I would make lists with priorities and do just what I could to help any situation presented me without being overwhelmed. I have many high school friends I have loved since early childhood and there is a loyalty among us to watch over each other and speak up if we feel any of us might display any sign of needing help in any area of their lives. We have always been close knit gals and comfortably shared our lives and families comings and goings. My closet and best friend was in need once and I helped her get through a very trying time for her and she has been there for me many times in our friendship and we both hold such high esteem for each other. I always wished she could be my sister and I guess we are as close as sisters can be. I was taught it is much better to give than to receive and I have conducted my life in that manner, but it brought me at all times many blessings into my life at the same time. Yes, I am going to two doctors from the bleeding episode and I like them very much. They have listened to me explain my feelings about my health and both agreed with what I told them. My original OB-GYN doctor retired and I loved him as he always had me bring any medications I might be taking, even over the counter and would ask me to show them to him and he would tell me if he thought something was not good for me and advise me to stop taking it. I had great trust in him and wondered if I would ever find another doctor like him. Eventually I did and I rarely had any medical problems to be concerned with, but I knew he would be there for me if I did. We have special friends and he is a doctor and his wife runs his office for him and he keeps tabs of what my husband and I are taking and keeps us advised if he thinks something should be changed and why so and we feel comfortable he is well prepared to advise us. He is a very dedicated Doctor to his patients and has a reputation as one of the finest Doctors here in our city. He researches all medicines that are available or new ones coming out to stay abreast for treating all illnesses he might come into contact with. We have much faith and trust in his advice. Thank you and I am so happy to be here to share Thanksgiving with all the Gits. Just the best friends anyone could have in cyberspace.
