It's not expected to turn a profit.
So after I debunked the myth that the USPS could fund itself if it didn't have to prefund retirement benefits, you now change your story and claim that the USPS was never expected to turn a profit.

In any case, the postal service in its current form is obsolete. The only reason for its existence these days is to deliver bills, tax notices, and correspondence to people who still think AOL is the Internet.
