Concerning the litigation...the shareholders believe that the principals lined their pockets with options just prior to the buyout by Marconi (GEC, as it was called at the time).

As I understand it, Fore principals claim that the option distribution is coincidence, since they had not distribute any options for an extended period (?) and there is no case.

That is what makes for litigations and horse races.

Barrack, Rodos and Bacine, Philadelphia, are one of the law firms that are carrying this through.

I believe I posted their site back a few months (seems like years) ago.
