ObamaCare Meant to Be Unrepealable

Sounds drastically unconstituional to me.

Soon we will be left with the faint hope that a future government will have the integrity to radically downsize itself by repealing the ObamaCare monstrosity. Except Harry Reid already thought of that. Not only does his version of the bill require a supermajority for changing rules, it outrageously states that the establishment of the Orwellian "Independent Medical Advisory Board" — aka the Death Panel — cannot be repealed. From page 1020 (PDF):

It shall not be in order in the Senate or the House of Representatives to consider any bill, resolution, amendment, or conference report that would repeal or otherwise change this subsection.

Unconstitutional? The whole concept of the federal government seizing control of the healthcare industry is unconstitutional. The question is: what are we going to do about it?
