Oops hit rec rather than reply. Who is on trial by Wikileaks? If information becomes available trial would be conducted in a normal manner by appropriate jurisdictions. I don't understand your post at all. No court would accept wikileaks release information. The original official documents, if they exist would be obtained through subpoena and those along with the keeper of record be subpoena via subpoena duce tecum.

Hardly a "trial by wikileaks emails".
