So nobody can PUBLICLY explain why the market declined 10% in less than 10 minutes? No one can explain why EVEN ULTRA-SHORT ETFs were pummeled by the decline, some trading to within pennies of ZERO??!! Act of God? The Illuminati? Al Qaida? China??
