Very interesting post! RE: "The parallels between how it happened here [Japan] years ago and what's happening in the US are eerie." Can you expand on some of the parallels? RE: " The government has lowered rates for years to try to stimulate the economy and it doesn't work." Why doesn't it work? In your opinion, what will bring Japan out of its funk? RE: "Everyone seems afraid of a 1987 crash. I'm afraid of a 10 year bear." Do you worry that the 10-year bear will be caused by deflation?
