Jimmy and his cronies gutted the CIA. Those contacts and placements take decades to establish. Plus we lost the trust of our undercover allies. We actually had a newspaper guy find out who one of our USSR contacts was because the CIA was opened up so wide. He published the guys name with the guy in the USSR never to be heard of again. Anderson I believe, was the columnist's name.
