That could be true, since the price of oil sky-rocketed due to the oil embargo (if I remember correctly).

An oil shortage may or may not be the cause of the next bear. What makes you think that there is "such a positive outlook for oil"?

Only time will tell how long the oil bull market will be. How do you know it will be long? I'm not doubting your statement, just wondering about your reasoning.
