Thanks, I hear you, and I understand.

There is no doubt that we're at the "show me" and "where's the beef" kind of sentiment, and communications with shareholders, such as the last one which you alluded to from Mr. Studdert just bait cynicism, IMO.

Particularly when that communication comes at a time when shareholders are being battered.
