There are a lot of good people who have invested in this stock and
believe in it.

There certainly are, and those that bought in at 0.30, 0.40 and higher are looking at a huge downside. I have sympathy for them. Those who came in sub-dime are doing fine, but someone will get stuck holding the bill when they cash out. And it won't be the long-gone insiders, it will be the "good people" who "believe in it."

It's a nasty game. Microcaps are a nasty business. These companies are not IBM or SUN or GE or whatever; if you actually *believe* in these companies, you need to stay away from pennies.

To quote the best penny-trader I ever met: "They're all crap."

You want to know how to win at the penny game? Buy them when no one is looking, when the price is sitting there on the floor comatose and volume is next to nil. Then sit back and wait. If the company is for real, it'll eventually go up. Otherwise, someone is bound to come along and run a pump'n'dump on it.

But buying them when they're up 10x from the floor, when everyone is talking about them, when volume is way way up - that is a quick way to lose money.

Sorry. Didn't mean to ramble.
