Sonki, the method is take the next four quarters' earnings and multiply by the growth rate. So if $54 is correct now a year from now it will be 30% higher, or a little over $70. The problem is that YPEG doesn't take into account long-term interest rates, risk etc. It's basically a lazy man's valuation and forecasting tool!
