Big difference.

I agree if one person hates another person and wants to see that person dead, that is not a good thing. We should try to stop that sort of thing if we can.

But if a person hates a group of people, a community of people, a country of people, a race of people, or a continent of people - then I think we should take notice and try to prevent that from happening - put more resources and make policy to prevent that from happening.

It is a matter of priorities and about where we can do the most good.
