If you can truthfully state that you were not there when LOW IQ FatRump said POWs and dead soldiers were losers, you qualify to be a LOW IQ FatRump witness.

If you can truthfully state that you were there when LOW IQ FatRump didn't say POWs and dead soldiers were losers, you qualify to be a LOW IQ FatRump witness.
