Also, at NAB, MACR intros the non-linear edit software that was developed by original Premiere guy. MACR's target is AVID & ADBE. The problem for AVID is the perception is AVID's digitizing model may be old technology as DVPRO comes online. Actually, AVID's strength is when you got a special sports segment that you want to air during the May book; where you gonna edit it; DVC-Pro or AVID? The answers clear. But I'm not sure the average investor knows that.
