Harjinder Singh is an illegal alien truck driver from India who killed 3 people in a crash in Florida in August.

Singh failed his CDL test 10 times in a 2-month window between 3/10/2023 and 5/5/2023 in the state of Washington.

Singh also failed his air breaks knowledge test twice. Also, the company that provided Singh's behind the wheel CDL training attested he could speak English proficiently, when he couldn't.

Both Washington and California issued him a license.
