Bill, I'm sorry, but I don't think that it really matters how much he paid for those shares when GRNO was still a private company. If he was able to sell the idea to his private shareholders at that time, then it is immaterial in the present... :0) This company wouldn't exist if it wasn't for the vision, drive and experience of Bill Carraway. I hope that he gets filthy rich off of his GRNO options. Just so long as we get to do the same thing. One of the issues that I feel strongly is that Bill is a shareholder's kind of CEO. I think that anything that he embarks upon will always have the shareholder's perspective in the forefront, especially since he and insiders own 47%. Regards, Ron
