Mony:

Technical analysis being what it is, an historical indicator based on repeating patterns in the markets, I think SYSF has changed outlook totally since it moved to 14 1/2 last week. I believe that where 2-4 months ago the outlook was "buy on the dips" the outlook is now "sell on the rallies".

With nothing more than the historical tendancies to look to, I expect SYSF to be covered around the low teens. This does not mean that this is the absolute bottom, nor does it mean that SYSF necessarily gets there. It does have a high *probability* of seeing this area.

SYSF will probably consolidate in the high teens/twenty for a while and then break out and down for the move to the low teens. Unless the markets really crash (and they might) I think SYSF will move to about 16-17, rally to 20 or so, then slide down from this point perhaps.

Again, this is simply based on the tendancy for such patterns. However, these head and shoulders tops are without question the most dependable of all chart patterns! They rarely fail to meet the objective price (12-13 for SYSF).

Good luck,

Jim
