One of the first things that jumps out of the balance sheet is that inventories have gone up by 50% in the past 6 months, all this with lower revenues projected going forward. Not a good combination. Cash down while A/R up, also not great in that A/R jumped by about 15% in the last 6 months. On paper stockholder equity (SE) has gone up but if some of the inventory needs to be written off in the future, SE is only going to go back down.

Not a lot of good things going on at this time with GNSS and that's why the market has decided to continue selling the stock. It's too early to tell if these are simply short term problems or if this is the beginning of a very bad long term trend.
