Like I said, I am just speculating. If T has no controlling interest in ATHM then it may not be an issue right? I think Frank is right again, T must have someway of partitioning bandwidth in the works. I heard that Canada may be testing in September. I doubt there would be a deal without ATHM since they have contractual exclusivity till 2002 and it is after all a few billion dollars each for the big cable cos. T may even use this issue to get reg approval for UMG purchase. Do you guys think that AOL needs ATHM for the infrastructure or anything at all or would they do it alone?
