Response from Joe Lanza Wes, Maesa has a % of Monitrx, the value of which I am uncertain. Maesa has assets supposedly in the philipines and Rota. It also has a note owed to it by a former President. Maesa has a lawsuite against former officers, and a %, if not all of the $1.37M in court. They also have a claim agaist Allied. So, when you say that there is no money, I cannot go along with you yet. There is no reason to yell and scream about Maesa. Until a few things are put into concrete, I don't want Danny Boy or anyone else say that I am, hyping Maesa. Joe Lanza
