WOW!!!WHAT A BUYING OPPORTUNITY!!!!

One of these days people will look back on this day and CURSE it. Not, however, for the reasons it is being cursed now but because they DIDN'T take an equity loan, get a tax deduction and catch the X2 train while it was going through the valley on the way to climbing up that green green mountain.

This is all my humble opinion.
