Jim just talked to AIGI and the DD is about 60% complete and they are moving forward with feasibility now. Looks like the have locked upo the land and they have more they have or are about to loc up in this deal with the NYSE company. 42M OS 18M float. It has not increased so I am happy. CHES was a great buy at .09 and SPAZ at.61 :-) GB
