One of the things that bothers me about NTAIF is
the 'bass ackwards' way of doing things. It
seems to me that you should at least have a good
idea of what youre going to do w/the money before
getting a war chest.

IMHO, NTAIF did it because someone told them it
was a good time to--not because there were any
acquisitions immediately contemplated.

Hope I'm wrong.
