Gary -- When you say "we" who do you mean? From what I've heard regarding IBM's Prizma, you may have turned down one of their crown jewels. One of Jervis's strengths is his willingness to obtain outside technology where it makes strategic sense. I believe Marshall's exit was tied to his "built here" mentality. As for OEMs, partnerships and alliances, the fat lady isn't even on the program. If you think Alan Lutz will ever be a wallflower, you haven't met him and certainly don't know him. I've heard it said he sleeps with ivory-handled pistols under his pillow. :) Pat
